Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using jetago. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetago ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Player") who accesses or uses the services available at jetago.bet. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any service offered by jetago.
jetago is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Creating an account or placing a bet while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
jetago accepts players from Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to your specific location. jetago does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling legislation.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
All users must engage with jetago services honestly and in good faith. Any use of automated betting tools, bots, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
jetago reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform. Your continued use of jetago after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:
- "Platform" means the jetago website accessible at jetago.bet and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets made available therein.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the jetago registration process.
- "Player" / "User" means any individual who has created an Account and uses the Platform's services.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus amounts.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jetago subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
- "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Stake" means the amount of Real Money Funds or eligible Bonus Funds placed by a Player on a single bet or game round.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which jetago does not accept players, as updated from time to time at the Platform's sole discretion.
- "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform timestamps, settlement times, and promotional deadlines.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access betting and gaming services on jetago, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to all registration and eligibility requirements.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
- You must not be a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jetago employee or affiliated partner.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with jetago or any affiliated platform.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
jetago operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at jetago's reasonable request thereafter. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jetago will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
jetago accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
- jetago does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the funds are confirmed by the relevant payment network.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- jetago aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary.
- Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
- jetago reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal amount that the Platform's risk team deems unusual in size or pattern.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier. Amounts below the minimum threshold cannot be processed.
All transactions on jetago are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider settles in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. jetago is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by external payment providers.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Bonuses are issued at jetago's sole discretion.
- Unless a promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
- jetago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount in ৳, minimum deposit threshold, and wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, household address, device, IP address, and payment method.
Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their Account permanently suspended. jetago's decision on bonus abuse determinations is final.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues an explicit confirmation message or bet reference number. jetago is not liable for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or insufficient Account Balance at the time of placement.
jetago reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting odds calculation, event cancellation, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets have the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
jetago applies maximum payout limits on a per-event, per-market, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Winnings above the stated maximum may be reduced to the applicable cap at jetago's discretion, with excess amounts forfeited.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. jetago accepts live bets at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation. The Platform operates a brief acceptance delay on live markets to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. Any bet placed after an event outcome has been determined will be voided.
All casino games offered on jetago — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's help or paytable section. jetago does not manipulate game outcomes.
6. Responsible Gaming
jetago is firmly committed to responsible gaming principles. The Platform provides Players with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools. Players who believe their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately or contact [email protected].
Players who are self-excluded from jetago must not attempt to create new accounts or access the Platform through alternative means during any active exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

The minimum age to use jetago is 21 years. We apply strict age verification measures at registration and prior to first withdrawal. Any Account found to belong to a Player under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetago Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on jetago.
- Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
- Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to jetago.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at jetago staff or other Players.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or any other IP masking technology.
- Creating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetago shall not be liable to any Player for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical procedures, or circumstances beyond jetago's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
- Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information, odds, statistics, or analysis displayed on the Platform.
Where jetago is found liable under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy & Data
jetago collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jetago applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure session management to protect your personal and financial information at all times.
jetago will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jetago is registered and operated. Any dispute arising between jetago and a Player that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
To initiate a formal dispute, Players must first submit a written complaint to [email protected]. jetago will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, Players may escalate the matter through the applicable legal channels in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between jetago and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- No Waiver: jetago's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
- Assignment: jetago may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or affiliated company without prior notice to Players. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from jetago.
- Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a version translated into another language, the English version shall prevail.
- Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
